Adrian Rodway

Adrian embarked on his real estate career nearly two decades ago, beginning in 2007 with a focus on selling established residential properties. In 2008, he transitioned to a major land developer as the Sales & Marketing Manager. Over the years, Adrian assisted hundreds of families, first-time homebuyers, and investors in purchasing land in various estates such as Bletchley Park (Southern River), Providence Estate (Wellard), Springtime in Haynes, Dunsborough Lakes, and Chittering Retreat. In this role, he managed a land sales team and spearheaded project marketing for these land estates. Adrian also forged strong relationships with new home builders, establishing estate display villages and collaborating on house and land package sales.

In 2015, Adrian launched his own independent real estate office in Byford, later relocating it to Kelmscott. Rodway Group has since evolved into a premium brand, bolstered by a dedicated team that has consistently delivered high-level service to clients. Alongside his focus on residential sales and property management, Adrian has developed a keen interest in commercial property, working on numerous developments and managing a commercial portfolio while overseeing his team.
