Maddison Hodges

Maddi is a dedicated real estate professional who began her career in Real Estate in 2024, starting in Property Management. In this role, she built a strong foundation in client communication, organisation and the day-to-day demands of managing properties. She later transitioned into an Executive Assistant position, where she now supports primarily the sales team with comprehensive sales administration and coordination. Maddi is known for her attention to detail, proactive approach and ability to ensure every process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
