I have been working with Tiana Chatt as my property manager for the last couple of years. During this time, I have found Tiana to be very thorough with the management of my property, she is prompt when responding to my emails and phone calls. Tiana conducts the regular property inspections with a very accurate description and pictorial evidence of the property condition. More recently she has been assisting me to  access tradesmen to replace fences , and paint my property in readiness for either selling or new tenants. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Tiana has been a great asset to have manage the property , as I am not readily available to do this myself. Thanks Tiana.
